- Immigrant communities where English is a second language
Our mission is to level the playing field, ensuring every student has the knowledge, resources, and confidence to pursue higher education regardless of socioeconomic background.

In New York City public high schools with high-need populations: Only 16% of low-income students earn a college degree within 6 years (NYC DOE College Completion Report, 2023) 70% of first-generation students report feeling overwhelmed by the application process (CUNY First Generation College Student Survey, 2022) Over 40% of eligible students never complete the FAFSA, leaving millions in aid unclaimed (Federal Student Aid Office, NY Region Report, 2023) Limited exposure to college environments creates barriers to enrollment and persistence (Education Trust-NY, 2022)
